Exchange Policy
First:
In 10 days from the received time, The shoe should not to be used anymore and to check that you have to send us the shoe picture with you to confirm that the shoe didn't use or have a dirty back.
Second:
We Send The new one with the deliver man to exchange.
Third:
You will have to pay the exchange fees which is 80 - 150 EGP
Returns Policy
First :
In 3 days from the received time, The shoe should not to be used anymore and to check that you have to send us the shoe picture with you to confirm that the shoe didn't use or have a dirty back.
Second:
We will send you the deliver man to collect the shoe and once the shoe arrive to us we will transfer the money to your wallet "InstaPay or Wallet Cash" Not In Cash
Third:
The Refund money will be transferred after deducting 200 EGP for shipping fees and 300 EGP for administrative fees.
